Cool Down's
*Reach up through the right side of your body and hold it for sixteen very long counts.
*Reach up through the left side of your body and hold it for sixteen very long counts.
*Reach up through the right side of your body and hold it for eight very long counts.
*Reach up through the left side of your body and hold it for eight very long counts.
*Reach up through the right side of your body and hold it for four very long counts.
*Reach up through the left side of your body and hold it for four very long counts.
*Reach up through the right side of your body and hold it for two very long counts.
*Reach up through the left side of your body and hold it for two very long counts.
*Pull your right arm over to the left and hold it.
*Pull your left arm over to the right and hold it.
*Roll your head all the way around and then switch directions.
*Bend forward and hold your calf or ankles, holdng this position for sixteen very long counts then roll up very slowly taking at least sixteen very long counts to roll up. Make sure you roll up one vertebret at a time.
