This is very difficult for most people so here are some tips on how to do it. 1. If you can't feel which muscle controlls moving the eyebrows try tapping the upper outter edge of your brow with your finger (this is not the end of your eyebrow). 2. After tapping it you should be able to feel the muscles better, while tapping try lifting and dropping both eyebrows. Once you can do that try to do it without tapping. 3. Most people find the muscles easier to move if their head is tilted forward. 4. Try starting with your eyebrows scrunched down and then practice lifting from there as opposed to a neutral point.
