I am delighted to say that Phase II is now (finally!) complete. I just updated the final page of the Other Props section. A lot of fantastic dancers consented to having their images used in conjunction with the various articles so I would first of all like to say thank you to all of them. These prop pages are a little different in their format in that they are more like a general overview covering history of the prop and it's use in Middle Eastern dances, tips for buying, making, using the props, etc... The following are now all available for viewing:

Tray Chic!

The Tray section of the props pages is finally done. I want to give a special thank you to Lee Ali, Hannah Romanza, and Tarik Sultan who graciously allowed the use of their photos to grace the pages. If you want to learn about using trays as a dance prop, performing traditional Moroccan Seneeya, buying and caring for this prop, and tricks to keeping things in place be sure to check it out!
The last few pages of the props section are underway! Just a few pages about other miscellaneous props and we begin Phase III of our website remodel which will be a much needed update to the music section! The canes (assaya) section is completed! I can hardly believe it but it's true. The annoying and ancient coming soon sections have been finished some new movements described, errors fixed, and all of the content has been revised and updated to the ne site look. Take a look and enjoy, get your canes out and practice a little too.
