Instructional Video

Running Time is 60 minutes (or 1 hour)

This is Gypsy Caravan's second video inhe Tribal Technique Series.  The video starts with an introduction by Paulette Rees-Denis and a short performanc/introduction of the group.  Next they move onto the warm-up section.  In this video the warm-up's are more yoga in.  One thing I liked about the warm-ups is that to people are demonstrating the moves one facing front and one on a diagonal.  This lets you see it from two views for better understanding.  The instructional protion of the video has 4 dancers demonstrating te moves hich is even better, especially since they have different body tso you can see how the move looks on different people.  The next part of the video is a drill section in wich they dance and you are supposed to follow.  The moves are listed on the screen as you do them so that you don't  to guess.  The video is wrapped up by another performance.  The sound and video quality are both good and are much better than the first video and the background is nice but not destracting.  As an intermediate to advanced dancer you may find the moves to be a little simple ad the pace of the video may seem slow but not as slow as the first.  I would reccomend this video to beginers and anyone wanting to further their knowledge of ATS dancing.
