Running Time is 60 minutes (or 1 hour)

This is the third and last instalment of Suzanna Del Vecchio's Precision Motion Workout series.  The  video strats with a review of the moves taught in the two videos then moves on totechingnew combinations.  The combinations are extremely well suited to the purpose of the video which happens to be drum solo's.  As in her previous videos she is not always matched exactly withice over but it's not distracting for the most part.  The sound quality is good with no  disruptions or static  The quality of the picture is also good and slightly better than tee previous video. of the transitions from camera to camera are done clean and smooth.  I liked that even in a close up you could still see most of her body which allows you to see what se's doing much better.  In the second half of the video she teaches a mini choreography based on the combinations from this video.  I felt the choreography was good and of intermediate to advaced level difficulty.  I would have prefered that she teach the choreography with the mhe intended on using instead of teching it to basic drum rhythyms.  I feel that you should learn a choreography to the music you want to use so you can recognize that part of the music as a cue for a certain move.  Overall I would say this is a very good video to have and is good for people wanting to improve their drum solo's or intermediate to advaced dancers looking for a new idea or two.
