Instructional Video

Running Time is 90 minutes (or 1 1/2 hours)
This video is definately one of the best on the market. The video quality is fair although a little grainy and the sound is decent but not quite as clear as some of the newer videos being produced today. Sometimes her timing is not exactly matched with the voice-over but she always gets back into time in a matter of seconds so it's not a big deal. Suzanna Del Vecchio is a very good, very gifted dancer. She is able to perform the moves with ease and to brake them down so that others can understand them just as easily. She uses very technical terms so if your not familiar with medical terminology then you may feel a little confused at first. I think it would have made it a little easier to see what she was doing if she had worn some sort of hip belt or scarf around her hips throughout the video instead of just at the end but, even without one she demonstrates all the moves very well. I would recomend this video to every dancer weather your a begginer or a professional.
