Running Time is 45 minutes
This is one of three videos by Atéa and friends. It's the sequel to Magical Motion. In this video Atéa and her friends take you through slow undulating and circular movements. Like her other videos there are performances from various dancers as they interpret slow movements in their dance. Also, there are other dancers besides Atéa demonstrating a move so that you can better see the movement and how it looks on different body types. The video quality is good, the picture is clear and the background is nice but not distracting. The sound quality is good too, there's no distortions in the sound and everything is clean and crisp. The videos focus is on slower moves such as Figure 8's, Circles, Undulations, and Rolls. This video also talks a little bit about transitions from one move to tother and how to make them smoother. At the end there is a very simple choreography taught. I would reccomend this video for all dancers as it should be a clasic on everyones self. It's definately a good one for begginers and possibly intermediate dancers.
