This is another one of the four Bellydance Fitness For Weightloss videos. In this video Rania uses Latin rythyms to give you a workout. The video starts with a warm-up that also teches you some of the moves used in the video. The video has four other dancers to demonstrate the moves with Rania. I would have liked to see a longer warm-up with more stretching. Next, it goes into an energetic introduction to the moves used in the video. I didn't really agree with the way she taught some of the moves but she got the point across well enough. Then you are taken through the workouts. The workouts are pretty good cardio workouts and the will keep your heart rate up. After the workout you are taken through a cool-down which is followed by a performance from Rania. I think it would have been better if she had stuck to the theme of the video and used Latin rythyms to dance to.
