Hip Drop Hip Hop is another video in the Bellydance Fitness For Weightloss series. In this video Rania uses Hip Hop beats to dance to. Again she has four other dancers in the video to help demonstrate the moves. I would have liked to see more stretching in the warm-up section and I didn't really agree with the way she taught some of the moves. You will get a good cardio workout from the video. If you don't like mixing hip hop and bellydance, you will probably not like this video. At the end of the video Rania does a performance. It was a good performance but I felt she should have used Hip Hop to dance to since that was the theme in the video. Overall, this is a good workout video that I would recomend for begginer to intermediate level dancers.
