This video is very well produced.  The sound, picture, and set are all very professionally done.  Rania seems to be a fairly good dancer and actually is an aerobics instructor as well as a dancer.  The video starts with a warm-up/introduction to the moves used in this video.  I didn't exactly agree with the way she taught some of the moves and I would have liked to see more stretching.  She has four other dancers in the video with her  which is something I generally like to see because you can see other body types doing the same move however, these dancers sometimes seem as if they don't know what they are doing and that's distracting.  The workout is a good cardio workout based on Middle eastern Dance moves.  After the workout is a short cool-down followed by a performance by Rania.  I'd say this is a good workout video for begginer to intermediate level dancers.
