This is one of the Bellydance Fitness For Weight Loss videos.  In this video Rania uses softer undulating moves to accentuate Hip Hop and R&B music.  The video has four other dacers besides Rania to demonstrate the moves.  I would have liked to see a longer warm-up session but, at least it moves onto an introduction to the moves that allows you to warm-up some more.  Some of the background dancers didn't seem like they had a good grasp of the material and that was a little distracting.  The video then goes into a workout session but, I did'nt feel it was a very good workout.  I didn't break a sweat and my heart level was only slightly elevated.  This woukout may be better suited for those who are not used to a vigorous workout.  Next, your taken through the cool-down and then the video ends with a performance by Rania.
