The video was a very professional production. It's of good quality and has a very nice set. The sound is clean and clear and the editing was very smooth and not choppy. This video is set up as more of a workout video than an instructional so don't buy it looking to learn new moves as you probably won't (unless your an absolute begginer). The bellydance twins Veena and Neena take you through a medium paced workout inspired by bellydancing. It's not very hard to follow, unless you've never danced before, in which case it won't take long before you get the hang of it. It's fun to follow and uses very basic moves that most people will already know. It should at least give you a nice stretch and probably get you to break a small sweat. I think most people will find this a good video for their collections (especially because they are extremely affordable at around $10 for VHS. If your looking for a video to workout with this is a good one. However, if your looking for a video that's going to teach you to dance... keep looking.
Moves Taught In This Video:
Although no moves are specifically taught in this video they do use several basic moves such as hip lifts, drops, and pushes, gushes, chest lifts and drops, fish/box step, step touch, twist, tunisian, and some arm positions in the workout. (The names listed here are the names I use for them and they can all be found in this site under the movements section)
This Video was also released on DVD under the same name.
