This is a very well produced video.  The sound quality is clean and clear with no distortions or white noise.  The picture quality is extremely goo compared to most videos on the market.  The background is very nice yet not distracting.  They start with a warm up section and then move onto some moves.  The video is very good for a cardio wokout.  After the workout there is a brief cool down followed by two performances durring the credits.
